New Rank?

I was thinking of a "Musician" rank. You can make a song using noteblocks, not a simple one like Mario or Portal, a song that not many people are into. I am putting together a little note track called "Respite" from the Binding of Isaac. Has the same perks as Artist, except different judging. Here is the challenge though, you CANNOT copy working that other's have created, so you must look to see the ones taken.

Any banned songs? Yes there are some banned songs. Mario and Portal being as so many people have created them and put them on youtube. Also, any CaptainSparklez noteblock songs are banned, such as "TNT", "Fallen Kingdom", and "Revenge".

Ranking Requirements:
Some of the normal requirements are needed, too. (IGN, Warp/How To Get There)

Name of Song:
Length of Song:
Accuracy Towards Notes of Songs:
Detail Towards Song:
(POSSIBLE) Powered By: Minecart Ride or Switch
(These are just some of the ones, I'm sure, if accepted, Pri will make more changes)

How to Show Your Song:
You can either do one of two things, or even both: Make a video showing your song, with you in it and PROVING you are on the server, or setting up a Warp. You must also list a link to the original song you've created with the blocks.

Remember, this is just a suggestion. There may be some controversy so it might not be accepted. Thank you for taking your time with this, I really do hope this will be added!

This simply goes along with Engineer rank, like after making a song, you can possibly build a redstone music wonderland. And, add decorations then apply for Engineer.

Well, yes, it could go with Engie, but its not very complex. The smallest thing you can make is a big rail line that plays the song with simple redstone.

Due to how few Artists, Directors and City Planners there are I am reluctant to add a new rank for something that is such a niche.

Well I think the realization that you can't really USE the powers in places other than Creative is a real drawback towards why people want to apply. If there was a way to add perks, other than being a Moderator/Admin, to places other than creative, more people will be motivated to apply.
