IRC ranks must get fixed

Since Pri made a new IRC channel (#RenMX) all ranks got resetted. All apprentices and higher should have vop, all moderators should have op and all admins should have sop. Here's just a small list to help you out Pri:

VOP:
Bubblebust
speedp0xx

OP:
AlexC
Obbidobbi
skorup

SOP:
Dumskalle123
Ricksterm
Bieb
Rav24

There's probably alot more, just tell me if I missed someone
