Staff abusing powers and disrespecting Pri/Vodka

Do it on the forums in a Private Message if a staff member of the level you need isn't available. Do not just stand there arguing in-game or that will get you banned and no mater how valid your problem is it will be usurped by your bad attitude.

Abusing his staff privileges to grief someone's stuff? I don't see how anyone can agree with that. I want to create a safe environment where player constructions stay up and accessible forever without the fear of someone ruining it in their absence.

People shouldn't be going to their spawn then? - And besides you don't lose items even if they kill you so I don't see the big deal. iRand has made an XP farm in the nether that works very well for lost XP others should follow his example.

What I agree with.

Our town spawn is set near to sky limit because a player kept spawning to our town and pvping us when it was set to inside our build. With that in mind the town spawn is approximately 128 blocks up in the air, meaning that it should be a pretty certain death for anyone who comes uninvited. Invited guests get /tpahere'd. The hole that he is referring to, which I have checked again that was in fact 3 x 3 x 12, is on ground level and is a relic of a spawn trap that i never finished as I decided the sky limit option would be easier. I refuse to turn pvp off in our town as I believe that it is a valid and important part of a survival server, but at the same point it would be foolish to provide the ability for people to teleport inside your house, en masse, uninvited.

Reiterating my previous point panda, who in their right mind would roll back a player who has made a 3 x 3 hole in the ground that is 12 blocks deep (and in their own town's home block!) rather then just fill it in or cover it over if they are that bothered by it? Especially when they know that the person is the owner of a town!

Let me reword. Yeah it was kind of over the top of him to fill it in, BUT his opinion of helping the server in a positive way and it's players I like. He meant to cause no harm, rather to help.

If I may, I want to reiterate that I missed the area parameter, but my sole intention was to roll back the hole. Though you may interpret this as a malicious act, I respect that because that is your liberty to do so. Since I failed to use a staff tool properly, I will not try to contest my loss of staff rank.

tl;dr - I intentionally rolled back only for the hole itself, not for anything else. Pri, in my mind at the time, I did not roll back to grief and destroy.

That is all. I respect your decision, and as a former staff member, I do not wish to start hard feelings with the existing establishment. Though I yearn my lost rights dearly, I want to let it be known my actual intentions and not for malicious damage.
