In total: 22, which is not enough for Architect.

It looks great from the outside, love the pond, cars are a nice touch. Garage is cute too. However, inside is a bit dull. First few floors are just chests (personally thought 3rd floor looked great, maybe a bit more detail there too, carpets or something) so definitely needs more interior design. Stairways were my main issue here, they look very stacked, maybe think about using something other than cobblestone and shaping them differently? Loved the little bedroom above the garage, but you have so much unused space everywhere, put some decorations, paintings, head, plants, etc.
Not sure how your town works, but you could maybe add a bit of a yard, maybe some trees/fences just to increase it a bit in scale. As far as uniqueness goes, modern builds aren't uncommon, but as I said you did a great job on the outside, was really impressed with that and how quickly you built it
