Reason for being banned: Greifing KENNYTYLERS build in survival

Appeal Statement:

I did not purposefully grief anything, if you explain to me what I damaged I will repair it or replace it. I have gotten lost a few times and stumbled into/onto unlocked chests and partial tunnels all over the place and I have had to dig my way out of some places. Without knowing specifically what was damaged, or given a chance to repair said damages. I think the ban is a little unjust. I like to build and don't agree with greifing. Please remove the ban, and give me the chance to fix the damage I have done.

The damage that was done was to builds that are out in the open and have already been repaired. You had pointlessly broken walls and other areas of the build so your story is not even close to honest. I'm denying you appeal until you feel able to be more truthful about your actions.

what build? where? what walls? I don't even know where you are talking about? please give coordinates on the map and I will look it up to see if the area looks familar... I got lost this morning just north of vanilla kingdom, i found some chests and looted a few items, but I dug some iron and coal out of a few dungeons i fell through... I dont remember taking apart any walls

You had gone to two separate areas. One was largely made of prismarine and stone, the other was a wooden house and farm with a stone pathway. There was no error in what I saw there. You can reappeal if you choose to be more honest about the damage you did.

I thought the area with the prismarine was an abandon/fallen town that is where I looted some unlocked chests I broke the prismarine to see if there was anything inside... since it looked abandoned I didn't put it back the way it was

about the wooden house and farm, stone path was it the one on the mountain? that one looked greifed already...
or was it the one that I removed the cobblestone on and followed the stairs down to the bottom and started digging and ran into another larger mining shaft?

Breaking things that "look abandoned" is still griefing.

You clearly did not read our rules. We (staff) hand over abandoned builds to players on request once we check the build and make sure the player hasn't logged into the server for a period of 90 days. It is not for players to merely walk around punching holes in structures guessing if its abandoned or not.

All of this is laid out in our rules at http://rules.renmx.com and re-iterated to players when they first join the server where it tells you "No griefing" and goes on to elaborate by also saying "This means no breaking of other players builds without their permission!".

still it was not my intention to greif. I did not read the rules clear enough and have read them again, I did not realize that builds in the wild were protected from damage, most servers I have ver been on say if its not world guarded or towny guarded it is fair game.

I apologize for not fully reading the rules and I will not greif again, may I please be allowed back onto your server.

I know its not my place to say but I met JoJo on another towny server and there if you had lost a town/it fell into ruin you could loot/grief it they did it for fun over there believe it or not. So this was probably just a miss Understanding even tho it does state in the rules not to grief.
