XP quit accumulating

Hello!

I have a pretty serious problem that effects my gameplay. Somehow i can not accumulate XP anymore. I can use it but it wont add up at all. Daloria tried everything from killing me to throwing xp potions at me. I have tried quitting and relogging, however nothing has worked. Research from the net says its a sync issue but im not sure.

Can someone please look into this for me? My tools are about to be done for and I cannot enchant new ones or repair the current ones.
