I am perfectly calm comic and my responses have been to clear up any confusion on your part.

We protect the players on our server and had you spoken to someone at the time to have it dealt with or even told the truth about what happened then this would have been dealt with alot quicker.

Whether you chose to re-appeal you ban or not is entire your decision but this appeal has been dealt with.
