Reason for being banned:
I was banned becuase of threats and capsing that i had directed to a particular player Initially Stephanie demoted me to apprentice and was going to have Pri revoke creative access for a month, however, i did not personally believe that was enough so i was trying to explain to Steph that while demoting me is fairly severe, my expertise with redstone would have been ample to achieve engineer yet agian. Likewise revoking creative access for a month was fairly severe, yet because of my actions i still believed more actions were in order. I was trying to tell steph that and attempt to collaberate to get a sentence that wasnt a ban but was severe at the same time, but as i was attempting to do this she banned me.

Appeal Statement:
While i do not deserve another chance i do wish for another one. I have no excuse as to why i did it nor is there any particular reason of how i contribute to the community. I understand that my actions were out of line and that my consquences were well deserved. I do hope you understand where i am coming from, and Steph i do owe you an apology, likewise i hope that you will understand where i was coming from as well.

From what Stephanie told me it didn't exactly go down like you're saying here. I will not lift the ban at this time and instead Stephanie can reply and handle this.

Your actions have extremely disappointed me Ember. But I think you already know this. They were out of line and over the top. We don't take well with threatening other players. Telling someone you were going to find him and slit his throat was a bit extreme. Not to mention the caps, spam, swearing, name calling and questing my judgement on your punishment. You have played here long enough to know the rules so I shouldn't have to explain them again to you. So here is my plan.

1. You will be banned for 1 month. In this time I expect you to calm down and come back with a better outlook on life. This also means u will refrain from any of our services, IRC/Forums/etc.

2. You will not be given back your rank of Engineer, you will have to re-earn it.

3. Since this is your first time being banned, you are being left off a little easy. But please don't make me regret it. Next time you get banned though for ANY reason. It will result in a perma-ban.
