I deserve another chance because I didt know that the beacon was anything special I was new to the server

Honeypots are scattered all over the server to catch people who decide to grief blocks that don't belong to them. Its an automatic ban when one of these are broken. So just don't break ANY blocks that don't belong to you and don't add blocks anywhere near others builds without their permission. Everyone on the server has access to logblock, so if you grief you will eventually be caught. If you griefed anything else you might want to go back and fix it immediately.
