Effective immediately... Anyone who is appealing a ban and does not use the Ban Template will be denied and appeal deleted from the forums. There are no more "ok here is a second chance" unless you give a truly sincere apology and appeal statement. FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW!

• Step 1: If you don't have a forum account you will need one. You can create one HERE.
  
  Step 2: Make a new thread for your ban appeal. You can create one HERE.
  
  Step 3: Fill out the thread using the format below, you may copy and paste it in to your thread and then fill out the relevant details.
