So, I was never informed of the Pandora Mall being removed. I was inactive from minecraft in general for 2 days. And I go onto the server one day, refill my shop. I had put 27 diamonds in a chest, and I know for a fact I had 6 stacks of iron in one chest. I had 7 diamond Picks, 3 diamond axes, and 4 diamond spades. Now, the tools I know for a FACT I had. I know y'all might not believe me. But, this is all I can do. I was never informed about the mall being removed. And now from what people are saying, their were terms and conditions about going into the mall. Steph never said ANYTHING about rules. All she said was pretty much not to go around messing with any other shops. She told me what area I could build in, and that was all. From all I can think, if you go to let someone somewhere. Should you already tell them the rules of the area you are going too??? I mean, when I came onto the server. VodkaDK had made a book with the rules, and other options and more information about the server. If you let someone go into your area or let them do anything. Should you inform the about the rules? From what I was told. She is not responsible for the loss of my stock. But, she never told me that until now. No one told me that. And I did not see a forum post or any information about the mall being removed. I have looked on here and have not found anything about the Pandora mall being removed on the forums. But that little replay she had left on my topic asking where the mall was. She said she would replace my stock. She has already gave me the 27 diamonds I had lost. And I am good on that. I had 6 stacks on iron that I want back. And I want my tools back. And yes, I know. This sounds REALLY shady. And the hard part is I cannot prove it to y'all. All I can say is. If I am lying, then why the hell am I going through all this trouble for my shop? Why am I bitching and making a forum post? Why would I do all this just for a lie? Yes, I know people do a lot of stuff for a lie. But I mean come on. Why am I going through all this hell JUST for the items I have lost. And I will not replace items I should not have to replace myself. I was never informed of these Terms And Conditions about building on the shop, nor was I informed of the Pandora Mall being removed. I am just wanting my stock back. All I want, I can relocate my shop myself, no problem. I just want my stock, because I am not going to replace anything with my own materiel's that I should not have to replace.

But, I do want to give an apology for the people on the server that I was swearing at. I did not mean to sound like a asshole. I mean, the mall was removed without me being informed, and Steph said she would replace any loss of income or stock. And all she has gave me is the 27 diamonds. I want the part of my stock that is important. The farming and the brewing materiel's I have enough of to replace 5x over. I just want the 6 stacks of iron, and the tools that I have lost. That is all.

Part of the problem is due to some kind of miscommunication. Initially, you said you had a single chest full of diamonds. When Steph pointed out that this would be unrealistic, you backtracked and said that you only had one diamond in each slot, which is an odd way of doing things. That's why we started to distrust you.

I'm sure she will be willing to replace your iron when she comes back online, and you should have enough diamonds at the moment to remake your tools. It was the way you kept going on about the "chest of diamonds" that was problematic.

I would also like to note that when you join a server, or a town, or anything, it is YOUR responsibility to know the rules. The admins giving you a book is a courtesy, but the rules are always on display on the forums for you to look up at your own discretion. Similarly, if you're going to build on someone else's land, you should make sure that you know what rules are in effect. If they weren't on display anywhere, you could have asked Steph. In the end, the mayor has full control of what goes on in their town. She really doesn't have to replace your stuff if she doesn't want to, but she is willing to because she's a nice person.

Well, see. Why I am upset about this is because the Mall was removed without warning for me. I did not see any Forum post or anything anywhere while I was scrolling through the forums. I just don't think it is fair that I cannot get my stock back while I have no way of finding out about this.

The way we operate, towns are run like mini-servers. The mayor of the town is like the "mini-server owner" and they can specify who plays in their town and the towns rules including some server settings like TNT explosions, fire spreading and mobs. They make their own town spawn and grow their town as they see fit, they can even charge players to play there.

This also means that the town mayor can decide to close the town, erase it, any time they want. I know this sucks for players but the decision to erase this town was not made by the staff of the server, it was just Stephanies decision as mayor. I did ask her several times if she wanted me to put things back but she declined and that is her right as mayor.

What I would suggest is setting up your own town and placing your shop there and then getting a shop at spawn (there are several vacancies) that way you can control your shop and make sure it doesn't get removed on someone else's decision.

I don't understand why this is still on going I told him I would replace his items, I already replaced the 27 Diamonds he said he had and am currently working on the Iron. What upset me early was your attitude towards it. I said I was sorry about the mall in game and in prior post and said I was going to replace the Items. I would really like it if you would stop continuing this topic. Your items will be replaced. Relax.

Update* If you go to the town spawn of Pandora there is a chest with ur name on it ultratuck98
in it you will find 7 stacks of Iron and a Full Stack of Diamonds (To replace any tools you might have lost) On top of the 27 Diamonds I gave you today. Again sorry for the Mall Issue. I hope this solves any issue it might have caused you.
