Plugin/Add in to the shop

It is something I've considered. When I'm "back" I will look in to it in more depth right now it's just an idea.

If I were king, the only pvp rule that would be changed is the use of /fly. Players should not be able to fly around the map ambushing victims then flying off, especially since some players don't have /fly available to them without buying it from the admin shop. It takes 25 days to get /fly permanently and that's only if your'e extremely diligent about voting. This puts the new players that are possibly looking for a new server at a sever disadvantage. Not to mention that it's an incredibly cheap way to pvp. When you're outside of pvp protection, you have enough to worry about just trying to watch your back, much less worrying about someone falling from the sky and killing you.
I know that you can't pvp unless your in the same /fly mode but it's still too easy to ambush someone using it. I know this would be unpopular and may not even be possible, but I think the best way to prevent this from happening is to make /fly only available in towns/spawn.
I've said this before and I'll say it again, players need to learn to just be careful when they're outside of towny protection. I don't think any kind of bought pvp protection is necessary. If you are working outside of pvp protection, you know you're taking a risk.

lol, ya it would suck to have to play the game the way it was intended. My thinking is that most ppl that are serious builders are building in towns anyways. I knew the idea wouldn't be popular and has virtually no chance of becoming real, I'm just putting my opinion out there. Thanks for the thoughtful input though Nor, you have a real way with words
