Dear Mates,

I see that iam banned for griefing birds place with Plumstead25. I admid that i take some stuf from bird ad the xp farm in her town. And i want to say srry to bird.... And give her stuf back.

And plz give me a second chance to play in the best server i played and really enjoyed it.

The reason i did this crime;

Because some people were saying that they were griefed by bird and because of a bad rollback my house and my cafe that i was building for everyone were destroyed.

So after a day i came online and i saw my problems wasnt solved. So i ask where everbody has gone to. And then plum asked me to reclaim his plot so that he can take his stuf so that we can build a new town.

But we became criminels about thinking to take revenge ad bird (for no reason because i think she didnt did anything and it was all a bad rollback)

When we went to the xp farm plum saw that it wasnt claimed. So we claimd it to take revenge and we saw a couple chest with stuf.

And ad that point i joined plum's town and made a cafe again for everyone.

Plz understand the situation we were in and i hope you will think about it to give me a second chance.

Griefing is bad enough.

i seen people who claim to have accidently, broken blocks, or just dug themselves a way through the walls of someones house just to get inside.

but griefing just for the sake of Revenge?

you say you just took some stuff from chests? well we found that you helped grief the monster spawner.

the deal here is, Bird didnt grief any of you, it was a rollback issue, the only griefs we found was from Plums little gang.

you griefed purely for the sake of revenge, so i for one have no plans to unban you

but look at the town my house is half gone and my cafe to. Ask the people of my previous town i did everything for them. If they needed help i give it to them. Iam not a bad person.

To get your building back all you had to do was inform a member of staff, we would have come to your area and restored it. We have the capability to restore anything that gets rolled back for three years from the point it was first constructed.

Then plum was lying to me he said he ask everybody when i came online and it couldnt be
restored. And i asked it a couple times in chat but noby listen to me.
So plum betrayd me then....
but plz ask tychtych and aimoi they all loved my buildings and i promise aimoi to help her/him to
help with her/his house.
They wil even say plz unban him.....

Ive learnd my lesson with this ban.

Always speak to a member of staff. Moderator or Administrator. Players do not always know the truth or tell the truth.

Honestly I am on the fence about unbanning you because you didn't merely grief through ignorance of our rules you did it purposefully and maliciously. You know full well that we are against griefing and that includes for revenge, this was totally unjustified.

I'll let the staff member who placed your ban decide your fate and that was kennesu who already gave his thoughts above.

you griefed, and then you guys went ahead and made a new town, what baffles me here is that you thought you would get away with it apperantly.

i usually go by the philosophy that everyone deserves a second chance, but only a second chance.
still, when you first joined you could read our rules on signs where you started, and you where even given a rule book, the server rules should have been pretty damned clear.

and a revenge grief is but the worse of two evils.

Now i WILL give you a second chance, but it will be the last one.

as Vod said, dont listen to Players, if you are not entirely sure about something, you ask a Mod or a Admin, We can fix anything so yes, it would appear that you where lied too.

So remember:
no Griefing, follow the rules, if such a situation occurs again, take the highroad and dont get talked into doing something as malicious as you did.
