On a few occasions when people have been banned users have asked me if they can have the persons stuff. And only on a few of those occasions have I said yes.

It is not abuse of his staff position because he wasn't staff. It was at most misappropriation by tagwat as he was the one that told Mario it was okay. And again I want to hear from tagwat before I take any action.

It is like this because bans are often overturned once the user appeals. About 95% of people who appeal their bans get unbanned that same day. If they came back and all their stuff was gone it would be a big problem. So it isn't silly, it is well thought out.

With regards to iRand he was never ever coming back and most of his stuff was looted. The only thing that remained was kaduna because other users apart from iRand lived there in that town, dissolving it would lose them their items.
