Hi. in like 5 months I turn 16, I want to build a computer, but I am a newbie. I don't really know what to get or how to install it. My budget is €2000,-
Your help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Can you list all the tasks you intend to use this computer for? And I'm guessing this will be for gaming, do you want the absolute best gaming experience or just a mid-range graphics?

It is for gaming and internet browsing purposes only.
And it should be able to perform well with maxed out graphics.

yay! gino is building a computer 2000 Euro is alot of Cash, so you should be fine with getting good stuff. I'm a newb also, but i think your most expensive thing should be the graphics card, with like 2gb, and 8-16gb of ram.SSD, Water cooling , ask Pri, Pri = God of watercooling. A good Motherboard. Asus is a good Brand, and a good CPU, preferably Ivy Bridge, or Sandy Bridge i7, quad core, or hex core.

With a 2 grand budget, I'm sure you can get a GTX 670 with an i7 2600K, no doubt.

for some reason im not so fond of intel anymore, ill stick with amd seems to run games better, in my opinion. the AMD FX 8150 3.6ghz 8core is very nice i never had it over 25%

AMD CPU's do not run games better. Just a fact.

I've heard the FX processors aren't that good for gaming, in particular the ones with more cores, since their clock is lower (unless you plan to overclock) most games only use 1-2 threads.

That is true. Most games only use two threads and don't see much if any improvement when introducing more than two cores. And just like you say the higher the core count the lower the frequency of each core because they build these processors to a specific power consumption limit and that results in lower frames in games when you're CPU bound.
