I recently found some flat land, flattened by Daloria, and has remained unclaimed. The signs she placed say anyone can have it. Therefore i have decided to share it with the empire. It does not matter if you are a wealthy town owner of a humble peasant, you are free to build up the city. It shall be known as the great city of Rivustopol. TP to me if you want in.
