Today I've made this new section so that town mayors and nation leaders can make threads to plan their towns, advertise for new members and so forth.
I would advise you to make the first post for your town here a giant invitation laying out what's great about your town and why people can join. Also include relevant information and what the town aspires to become (or already is!).
