That's what it looks like. Staff voice channel is locked and cannot be heard by members so no worries for naughty stuff in there xD

Yes, just click the link and you'll be there. We have staff channel in that too. Just let me know your username.

We had users hosted a Teamspeak servers for our server before, the maintenance could be a problem. Plus, Discord is an alternative to Teamspeak, client download is optional unless at mobile.

If you can host one, then that is good

We've had teamspeak like 4 times in the past. There isn't enough interest.
