Riverbed mall

Hello, im new to the server but not towny, some of you may have seen me around i am mayor of riverbed and im going to build a mall it will be a big mall and i designed it on paper but i cant upload that image i want to show you what the land was before and what it is now.
i am going to be buying the following supplies:
Glowstone
Stone
Wool
Wood (all kinds exept jungle)
fences
stone bricks
Decals such as: flowers flower pots tree saplings leaves item frames pictures and much more
if you are able to help me please doi will pay but ive spent 1200 so far on items and i still need more so if you can please,
