Small change to referral system

I've altered the referral system to remove your pending referrals after 30 days.
So essentially if you invite someone and they don't login for 30 days their referral entry will be removed from your account. I've done this as it really makes the referral list for yourself quite messy and sometimes you just misspell a username and it gets accepted which is annoying to have that on your referral list forever.
To be clear this only affects pending referrals, not ones that have succeeded, you keep those forever.
I've also redesigned the Referral page, it now follows the same design language as our shop, cards, vote pages etc
