Our school is switching to one-to-one computing next year, and have opened the wifi up to students. That being said, I want to watch YouTube on my iPod...and the cockblocking admins blocked it... Anyone know how to get around this, besides just getting a different YouTube platform from cydia?

Go to sefreak.com

Click the Lock icon in the upper-right corner, you'll be asked for a username and password.

Username: student
Password: random1

Once logged in, click the Explorer tab. This will take you to the proxy browser. You can also check and un-check options here for a better browsing experience...make sure to un-check "Remove client side-scripting" and "Include mini URL-form on every page".

Found this on a website...ifk if it works, trying it tomorrow.

Our school system wifi is a fail because u know u type in a website and at the beginning it says "http" all we have to do is put an S at the end and boom is over rides the schools lock

For example http://www.youtube.com is wat happens when u just type in youtube anywhere, google, yahoo, etc. Just try typing in https://www.youtube.com there is a possibility it will work depending how ur school set up its wifi

I am an administrator on all the computers in my school, you so jelly

Never enter sensitive information on your school WiFi.

they are watching. they have full logging on these laptops.



HI SCHOOL ADMINS!!!

At my school they can track anything u get on but they dont go after you unless u look up somthing bad. I get on facebook and they dont care, even if it blocked. The recently unblocked youtube because the teachers here use it so much

LOL do you go to my school thats just what happened at my school .

Look the fact is most schools do it and yea it's over board sometimes but it's needed. One day you will be a senior at a school and thank them because rather then ignoring the teacher and watching YouTube and playing games u will be getting an education. So just do what every student does and learn and watch YouTube at home . You will thank them one day
