Last week PAYDAY 2 was released and I've been enjoying it a lot so far. I figured I would start the thread just asking for thoughts from those who have bought the game so far and also give out my information at the same time for anyone who would like to add me. I've played it I really like it, really fun game.

I like it so far. My only gripe at the moment is that people don't take the game too seriously. I like to go in stealth when possible. Eliminate the guards, tie down the civis, and get out without anyone knowing. Everytime I'm about to complete a stealth run some asshat joins and starts firing which ruins the stealth and makes the heist a million times harder. The gameplay even while in "assault" mode is still fun, but I like to get out without killing anyone as my only goal is to get the money.

Gotta admit after being burgled yesterday this game has seriously lost its luster.

Yeah I understand that. On the other hand the characters of the game seem to be more than just common thieves as they are commonly spotted taking down drug lords, corrupt politicians, and general douchebags, not that any of this justifies their actions. I'm just saying that I didn't feel a bit bad about setting up a politician that was involved in illegal weapon trading or burning all of the cash of some cartel.
