Corsair RMAs

Tue Aug 05, 2014 4:07 pm

It would appear that one of my RAM sticks has kicked the bucket. I'm pretty sure it still falls with in the warranty (limited lifetime, aww yiss), but I can apparently only RMA it to the US (from the UK).

Any pointers, because the cost of sending it and the time it'll take probably isn't worth it. And I can't RMA it to the retailer because reasons

European RMA's to Corsair actually go to the netherlands. I sent a PSU to them and it cost me like £14. RAM is a lot lighter and will probably cost no more than £6.

I'd recommend doing a cross ship with them meaning you only send off your old / bad sticks after you receive new ones from them. Much more convenient.
