This thing is built to be an ULTIMATE gaming beast. It will be monstrous, and freezing, because I won't let THIS build overheat.

Intel i7-4770K Quad Core Processor, at 3.5 GHz
Corsair H100i Liquid Cooling
ASUS Z97-PRO to suit all the mother..boarding.. needs?
Corsair Vengeance 32GB RAM
Samsung 840 EVO 1TB SSD
GTX 780 Ti, of course, for prime graphics in gaming
AZZA CSAZ-XT1 W Case
Corsair 860W Power Supply, a great power supply
NOBODY CARES ABOUT OPTICAL DRIVES
And, I will run Windows 8.1 Pro on Glacier. 64-Bit, of course.

GRAND TOTAL:
$2883

I'm sure that I'll update this frequently.

The List again, for those who want it: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/7fHhmG

I mean watercooling the graphics card, not the CPU.
