Eye of Sauron

inspired by one of the players who submitted there eye as an arch project (but i was a fail)

i will be building this, as close to the actual tower as i can, when we update to 1.2 (raised height limit)

I hope you don't plan on building the whole citadel too.The tower is enough on it's own.
Who needs signatures? Because I most certainly do not not require such a thing.
