Aleksander60's Plugin Suggestion "ArchonCrates"

I'm introducing the plugin "ArchonCrates". This is a plugin to keep players busy. I'll just justify the basics. The original way to get the crates is by using commands. Obviously you can set cooldowns on this, by voting, or anything you would like. You use the key with chests, and a random item(S) will drop.. (Or Rennies(?). My suggestion is to make warps for this.
