Small change to the online shops stats

Previously at the start of a new month and a new week the stats for the month and week would reset back to zero.

I've now changed this behaviour so that the month stat will always show the past 30 days of sales and not just within the current month. Same situation with the week display it'll now show the past 7 days of sales and not just the current week.

So to be clear these stats will no longer reset to 0 at the first of the month/week and will instead just show the past 30 days / 7 days.

I feel this is more useful and a more accurate way to track stats and make it more obvious regarding what things are popular and selling.
