Effects cards not functional right now

We recently upgraded to the latest Spigot to fix a bunch of bugs and the effects feature is no longer working properly.

This means if you redeem one of your effects cards such as the mining boost, faster running, higher jumping etc they will not work.

I've already alerted Adrian (it is his code that allows us to use effects) and I'm sure he'll provide a compatibility patch for the latest Spigot 1.8 soon.
