Chests & Multiple Homes Pluginn?

I just wanted to ask if there was some sort of pluginn that allowed you to move stuff from chests into other chests for like... I dunno 10 rickies or something?

Also I want to ask if theres any chance for a multiple homes pluginn. I know that people abused it and stuff like that, but I dont see why we could just add the multiple homes and also add a rule saying not to abuse it.

Obviously these are just a thought but yeah.
