My Project is called: Greater New London

About my Project: After months of building, landscaping, planning, and decorating, Greater New London is complete. My 20's style exteriors and modern interiors provide a unique and interesting design. At either end of the main street is a park with a stream, multiple large trees, and a gazebo. There are 17 shops or businesses on the main street along with 4 skyscrapers. These shops include stores that can be found in real life and some that are made up. Among these buildings are a GAP store, a Nike store, a bookstore, a theater, a library, and multiple restaurants such as Subway and a Pizza place, just to name a few. Most of the shops have apartments or living space above. The living space above in each building matches the floor or floors below. A constant theme is kept throughout each individual build. Similar decorations or styles are kept throughout. Each building is unique on the inside and out, but constant patterns and decorations can be found in each. At one end of the main street, you will find another large tree. This tree marks the spot where the 16 unique houses can be found. These houses have a newer style, so they bring out the more modern aspect of the build. Each house has a unique overall design and has been thought out carefully. Please go to my build on the server to look at each building carefully because there is so much to see that is not included in the screenshots and cannot be seen with a quick run-through. Thank you.

Total = 34 Unfortunately this doesn't quite get City Planner, I wanted to give it CP but it does fall short on scale being just a couple of streets.

I would like to suggest that you add a beach and pier along with other things you might find at the seaside to make use of the waterfront. you could put a pretty awesome pier at the end of the main street, look at some of the piers we have in England (with fair rides on) for what I am suggesting.

Okay, thanks. Do you think that a pier or something similar would be able to give the 10 points needed for the scale or should more be added?

Just wanted to add, Rick did confer with me about this rating before he did it and I checked it out and I pretty much gave the same score as he did. I agree with him about the suggestions; a pier etc, I think the quality of what you've built right now is excellent it just needs more of the same to reach a full 10 in scale.
