New site theme

Just thought I'd mix it up and modify the theme that the site uses. I swapped out the orange for blue.

I also got rid of the General Discussion section that was inside the Renegades part of the forum. From now on we can just use the Renegades sub-forum for general chat (this one where I'm posting this) I also re-worded some of the forum sections to make it more clear what they are for.
