Hi Pri,
I would like to suggest adding in a fishing plugin that will add new fish and a fishing tournament to the server. You can configure everything from how often a tournament happens and customize the kind of fish as well as the prize for the winners of the tournament. This will give players an escape from building and have a friendly fun community event. Once this is set up it will run itself.
