New Card: Soulbind

Hey Pri,
I'd like to suggest adding in a plugin called Soulbind to the server. It will be used only through the card system and when cashed in the player will receive one soulbind book to use on an item. Legendary card with a 7 day cooldown. Souldbind is an enchantment that protects your items from dropping or from being picked up by another player.
