Chat room plugin suggestion.

Chat Room plugins suggestion. The idea is to make it easier to private chat with people. Instead of having to /msg, being able to toggle a chat room would've been beneficial. After searching for a while i found something, but it was very outdated. Last update was Mar 22, 2012.

Would also be beneficial to be able to toggle skyblock chat.
