Fish plugin scaled back

Some of you may have noticed that the MoreFish plugin isn't turned on right now, what has actually happened is I've deactivated its global fishing features until a fishing contest (which is a feature of the plugin) is turned on.
We will do these fishing contests in the future hopefully with some frequency, perhaps on game nights.
The reason I've done this is because you guys told me the plugin was annoying and that you didn't like that it made fish unstackable. We took a poll at strawpoll where the majority of you said we should get rid of the plugin and so I've made these changes as a compromise.
