Uniqueness: 4 - Well, it's just a simple house and a maze. Not that unique.

Beauty: 3 - More details would do. It looks kinda "naked" and empty, at least from the outside.

Execution: 3 - Pretty simple built. Add more buildings or make them bigger.

Scale: 3 - Pretty small.
