Uhm, I think you might mean Architect instead of Engineer, Engi is for redstone based builds

I've visited the build in-game and I'm ready to rate it. Before I begin I should mention that due to building it on creative the build will be judged more harshly because you have access to unlimited blocks from the entire Minecraft block library so we expect more creativity and going the extra mile.

I like the build but it does feel disjointed from the landscape. You have not built up the underwater floor to meet the island, it's sitting on a plinth one block thick and it just doesn't look natural. I think you could have done more here and probably got Architect with it had you melded the landscape to fit the build.

So on with the rating:

Beauty: 5/10
Uniqueness: 5/10
Execution: 4/10
Scale: 4/10

Total: 18/40 - This is enough for Apprentice (your current rank) but not enough for Architect I'm afraid.
