Hello Richard, thank you for taking the time to create an application. I have viewed the screenshots and also visited the build in-game and I'm ready to make my rating.

Uniqueness: 4/10 - We do have quite a lot of builds similar to this on the server already.
Beauty: 4/10 - The outside is a bit bland, but the inside is more visually interesting
Execution: 3/10 - The "pit of death" staircase as you enter isn't a good look, the main hallway on the second floor could do with some decoration too.
Scale: 4/10 - It's not a big build, it's pretty much a small house on an island.

Total: 15/40 - This is enough for Apprentice, congratulations.

If you'd like some tips for improving the build I would recommend changing the stairs inside, adding more detail to the exterior of the building (some kind of cladding perhaps?) and dividing the large rooms up a bit more and decorating the hallways a bit more.
