My Project is called: Modern Quartz house on the Hill & Sandstone House

Coordinates (In Creative Server): x: -15078, y: 93, z: -3153

Description: This first part of this project is a two-story quartz and wooden house with one bedroom, one bathroom, multiple eating areas, a pool table, a kitchen, an office, and a spacious backyard including a pond, a gazebo, and more. The building next to the preceding is a three-story sandstone and wooden house with one master bedroom, one small bedroom, multiple bathrooms, a kitchen, multiple sitting areas, a lounge, and more. New since last time: Landscaping improvements, including expanded area behind the houses with a new gazebo, trees, plants, a stream, and a new fence design. There is also new lighting by the trees in the back yard area.

I've viewed this build in-game and it's very nice, quite charming and detailed. Of course it is on Creative which means it will be rated slightly harsher than if it was on Survival due to the decreased difficulty in acquiring the materials to build it.

Beauty: 7/10
Execution: 7/10
Scale: 6/10
Uniqueness: 7/10

Total: 27 points. I'm afraid this isn't enough for Architect. I think had this been built on Survival it would have scored around 31 points which would have been enough but on Creative this isn't quite enough.

I will say though it's very nice, you've done a great job with the build creatively. I'd advise you to expand the build a bit more to get a higher scale score.

I'm confused as to how I previously received 29 and now a 27, as there is more to the build than the preceding.

Right, but how is that fair?

Your rating will most likely be different every time you submit, even if its the same person. Things are changed and added to a build that can make it better or worse in the reviewers eyes.

As Pri and others have said in the past this is a nice build and because it is on creative it needs to be bigger. Keep working on it. You're not far off architect rank.

Due to having different staff members rate builds it can create some inconsistency in the scoring. We try to keep it to a minimum by having Moderators rate the builds and then Admins view the build and their rating and agreeing or not. In this case I rated it myself without having a Moderator rate it first.

I know it's not a scientific system so the scores vary and that isn't fair but there is no scientific way for us to rate buildings, it's like rating art.
