Well, I've been working on it for quite some time now, mostly before I became mod. My goal was to see if I could get CP, so thanks pri I know you won't be able to tell I got the rank, but I just thought I'd finish the project properly with an application.

The heart in your username is colored purple so whenever you are demoted for inactivity, or other stuff, you would go down as City Planner not Architect anymore.
