I feel my build is Apprentice worthy because it has good size, good detail, and i put a load of time and effort into it. This house is a luxury to live in and is a perfect size for your living needs!

May I ask how could I get there?
Judging by the screenshots, it's below Apprentice rank or almost 15 points, not only it does look dull, but also it is one of commonly built house design. I like the artistic approach in the last screenshot though.
Grading points I can give so far: 10 points out of 40.

While the house is big, it has not detail or furnishings. Even for apprentice, I think this build is a little too empty. Try adding some furniture or something, maybe.

I agree with all the above, very plain design for the house. we see this too much. the size is perfect for apprentice rank but again lacks detail, furnishing. try adding more flowers, and detail to outside of this place. including furnish the inside put lights, make it look like a home.
After this im 100% you will earn the rank which you applied for here.
