A brief description of my project: A city of sprawling skyscrapers in the downtown area that leads to a more clam peaceful parks, athletic fields, and an observatory. the city also comes with its own automatic farms market are for trading

Honestly, I don't think this is enough for City Planner. Most of the buildings are completely empty, there's a lack of detail, and most of the buildings are boxes lol. With access to WE, rectangles aren't hard to make. I think the scale is there for the CP rank, but not the other stuff. Add some more detail and variety and try again!

Yea, most of your buildings are made of wool, mainly one colour. That seems IMO really bland.

Is this the city where I made that statue of me? And you got really pissed?

imo this is CP worthy, it may lack detail but i've seen another app like this and it has passed, I say that this does need a little work but in the end it will get CP

I've checked out the build in-game hid. And here are my opinions.

I like the buildings, the roads, the stadium, the ferris wheel, the market area. All very nice. I think this volume of building could get you City Planner.

But there is one glaring omission. All of these buildings except one house that I found are completely empty inside.

What I would suggest to you is make some floors up in your buildings, like 4-5 floors of stuff, office space or apartments and then copy and paste those until all the floors in that building are filled up then repeat that with the other buildings.

Once you've done this I have no problem in granting you City Planner. Great build

The Size is okay for City Planner. But here is my main thing the buildings are very simplistic. Also unfinished on the inside. I ask that of people who even apply for Apprentice that their builds be finished inside and out. Also small details are missing like the redstone blocks are showing on top of the light posts. City Skyscrapers have amazing top pieces and more detailed structures along the sides. (Texture) You have a great build idea it just needs a better layout. Like you have a Ferris Wheel but no circus or Fair grounds, You have a football stadium but no parking lot or Sport lights. Also the buildings and other builds are really condensed in the area. More landscaping between them and smaller access roads would make the build not only bigger but more eye appealing and make more sense.
