This isn't even Apprentice worthy let alone Architect worthy. I'd give it like 9 points out of 40.

The scale isn't quite big enough for me, when I think of a tower (Repunzel comes to mind with a witch and a princess). If you could make it both wider and much taller, then add furnishings and details both inside and out, then I think you could reapply for a better assessment. It just looks very unfinished at this point.
