Heya
These exact Pixel Art creations are to this day some of the most used pixel art submissions we have. Not to mention most of these are available from tutorials just a click away on youtube. With Artist it needs to be Original or detailed. Showing off your artistic skill and eye of materials. I would suggest looking through a few of the Artist ranks that have been awarded throughout the last year to really get a good idea of what Artist rank has become. These are cute and worth Apprentice but since you are already Apprentice in-game these shall not get you any further. I suggest taking some time and nailing your art piece instead of rushing for a rank. Good luck in your future projects.

i just don't see how i can make something original as almost everything in minecraft has already been made with pixel art

Create an original piece, not something that is recreating a character, logo or image from real life. Like a unique painting or drawing but done in pixels
