First off, apologies that it has taken this long for anyone to rank your build.

Secondly, when I compare this with your previous application (which scored you 26 points) I can't notice any difference. Please correct me if I'm wrong and I'll be happy to judge it again based on the changes you made but I can't see any improvements when I look at your build in game. As I said I may be incorrect and be completely oblivious to any changes you've decided to go about doing, so it might help me a bit in ranking if you'd be helpful enough to state any changes you have made
