Well since you haven't included the coordinates in order to grade this, based on your screenshots, I grade this:

There are many tower builds, even before Beta, creative had a lot more towers before. I rate this 5 in Uniqueness criteria
The tower and its surroundings are very solid, not much extravagrant details so i give it 7 in beauty
7 in execution because reasons, later after i finished this
7 in scale, the tower is fairly tall and large. you know without it, it would gone down to 2. otherwise....

5 + 7 + 7 + 7 = 26 points out of 40, it's enough for Apprentice, but if you're reaching for remaining 4 points to get Architect, you are still far but going there. it seems that you showed enough screenshots to see the build.

P.S. next time if you're applying for higher, i suggest giving coordinates as a way of getting there. I can't prove your worth if you aren't giving us locations.
