Ban request IRS_Assassin AND beppen18

I got on this morning and he spammed: "YOU FAGGOTS FAGS FAGS FAGS FAGS FAGS"
And I got a screenshot of it:
Not really sure if this is ban worthy but I think I should mention it :/
ALSO
beppen18 griefed the corners of some of my buildings in my town and I found out this morning he griefed some of mrchrist's town too. I got some photos:
Once again I don't know if this is ban worthy but I think I should mention it.
P.S I dont have any photos of the his grief on my town but I verruk & waffle have seen it.
P.S.S I know that the beppen griefs are small but its still a grief.
