So today i managed to obtain some of the new arrows, namely the slowness ones. I shot it at Babyluigi jokingly, just to surprise him but turns out that it bypassed the pvp. He took damage as if it was normal, and neither of us had pvp on.

Yeah it's a problem, something we'll have to fix with a new anti-pvp system.
