Hi I'm doing this for my mate cos hes lazy. Its just to say that he wasn't using x-ray. On the day he was banned I was skyping with him. He wasn't using an x-ray client.

Your friend must make the appeal himself. Otherwise what has he learned? That his actions have no consequences and he will not be inconvenienced in the slightest for breaking rules.

Have him do his own appeal.
