My Annual Unban Request

It's that time of the year again, ladies and gentlemen! Over two years ago, actually, I was banned for reasons I don't remember. Anyway, the point is, I'd like to see if I could possibly be unbanned or if I'm still blacklisted. Thanks!

Since it has been a decent amount of time (2014) I am hoping you have learned your lesson. I am giving you one shot here not to mess it up. Which means no more griefing, or warnings. Please don't make me regret this.

Oh, forgot to mention, I had a username change, my IGN is now MonkeyStudios. If you're having any sort of technical complications this could help fix them.
